Vintage Latter 20th Century Lovely Quality Scottish Sterling Silver Claymore Sword Brooch married with a Buckler Shield in the traditional style (Very Much a Highlanders Inventory), of a good size the brooch is in well preserved condition and undamaged also being intact to the reverse with hinged pin and clasp in good order, the brooch measures 6.8 cm in length with a width of 2.3 cm from budded quillon terminal to terminal, the reverse to the brooch is impressed with good clear markings indicating Edinburgh Assay Office circa 1973.
