Delivery & Returns


Delivery is free worldwide on jewellery only purchases. Delivery costs for all other purchases are calculated at the checkout.

All items are usually sent within 24 hours Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. We use Royal Mail First Class Signed For or Special Delivery within the UK and Internationally Recorded Worldwide.

To arrange purchase and delivery for large items and pieces of furniture please contact us by phone: 0871 288 1102* or by email: We can deliver any item anywhere within the M25 for just £70 and will endeavour to get you the best possible quote for delivery elsewhere. We always try and work with our customers to arrange delivery at their earliest convenience and try and fulfil any special requirements our customers desire. Here at Top Banana we have many years of experience shipping a wide variety of items worldwide and deliver a professional and reliable service.


Returns and Refunds

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase online from the website, we accept returns within 14 days. The cost of the item will be refunded in full when we receive it back in its original condition, however we do not refund return postage.

Items purchased in person on the shop premises are not returnable unless mis-described.

For items that are purchased as Christmas presents we accept returns within 28 days to allow time for delivery, when purchased in December.
