Delivery & Returns
Delivery is free worldwide on jewellery only purchases. Delivery costs for all other purchases are calculated at the checkout.
All items are usually sent within 24 hours Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. We use Royal Mail First Class Signed For or Special Delivery within the UK and Internationally Recorded Worldwide.
We use Royal Mail for shipping within the UK and we endeavour to ship within 24 hours of cleared payment. Once shipped please see the Royal Mail website for estimated delivery times and postal terms and conditions.
We use Royal Mail for shipping internationally. Shipments are transferred to your country's postal service by Royal Mail, for estimated delivery times and postal terms and conditions, please see the Royal Mail website as well as your own country's postal website.

We can deliver any item anywhere within the M25 for just £70 and will endeavour to get you the best possible quote for delivery elsewhere. We always try and work with our customers to arrange delivery at their earliest convenience and try and fulfil any special requirements our customers desire. Shipping Restrictions to Australia (Jewellery)
Due to Fine Jewellery being on the Prohibited list for Australia Post we recommend you don’t purchase any jewellery items to be shipped to within Australia's borders.
If you wish to purchase outside of our recommendation we will require an email from you before shipping, stating that you are aware of jewellery being on this prohibited list, are willing to have the jewellery item shipped at your own risk and accept that no compensation will be paid if Australia Post (or any other courier within Australia) fail to deliver the jewellery item.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase online from the website, we accept returns within 14 days. The cost of the item will be refunded in full when we receive it back in its original condition, however we do not refund return postage.
Items purchased in person on the shop premises are not returnable unless mis-described.
For items that are purchased as Christmas presents we accept returns within 28 days to allow time for delivery, when purchased in December.
To return your item:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return
