What is spelta
In essence an alloy of tin lead and zinc, the later making it hard and tough.
The great thing is it can be hollow cast meaning one can mass produce, intricate figures and detail. Of course as a much reduced price to that of bronze.
Also the alloy will take colour and paint allow a myriad and effects bronze through to wood, anything a paint brush can do.
Obviously as hollow cast items such as arms etc can be easily snapped however durable enough for even out doors and certainly a conservatory not garden room adding instant grand tour appeal.
