What are bitters
Angustura bitters are the well know ones, however bitters come in many forms orange and lemon too.
Basically a strong non alcholic herb and fruti based cordial then can be drunk in the place of alchahol or indeed added to Gin and bitters been the best known example.
Here in the picture we have a bitters bottle which was used to dispense the bitters into a drink.
Unusual and rare item an a great smart and subtle addition to any home bar.
