Its not what you sell, it whats left
We as antiques dealers go out and buy stuff then we often sell the best thing for a small profit and then left to soldier on with a bunch of lemons or worse still items that are unwanted and too much.
Of course we would all try and buy what we feel and think should sell, but there is particularly when dealers view an auction to go around valuing things or worse still actually buying things that are value, as so often stated reason items are cheap, is because they are cheap quality or unsaleable.
So beware do not tie up all your stock in mistakes.
