Goolies and Ghosties Halloween in Tetbury
The celebration of All Hallows Eve or Halloween is now upon us, time for the children to have fun with costumes and for everyone to tell creepy stories and watch those favorite old films with ghosts and witches.
Here at Top Banana we are told that we have our own resident ghosts, which is not so surprising as the building itself goes back many centuries in various parts. The building was the home of the owner of the local brewery , the brewery itself still stands behind us and is now very elegant apartments with a lovely garden.
The Brew Master must have been quite a well off person who employed several servants, apparently three of the male staff slept in the big attic because more than one 'sensitive' visitor has said we still have three resident male ghosts up there!
Why not come and have a browse around our extensive rooms and while hunting for that special item for the home or an unusual gift for Christmas, then you can also do a bit of Ghost busting for yourself. Don't let the tribal masks give you an unexpected scare though!
