Well he certainly sells more than most people, and his shop is in the attic at the top of the shop, proving whilst position is important so is the right pricing the right goods.
Trade buyers make a beeline for his well priced stock consistently good profits are being made by both Alex and the trade buyers. Not only well priced but he will do a multi buy discount too especially for repeat dealers.
Whilst he hasn't yet reached the heady height achieved by the former resident of the attic, who had to leave for family reasons, he is doing extremely well and proving that buying from clearances and over the counter in the shop gives him the edge on price and freshness.
Just need to keep him getting the price tickets on and all will be tickety boo.
