Antique Georgian Period Lovely Quality Spice Sifter Spoon in the Old English Pattern manufactured in Sterling silver, featuring a pierced dropped shallow bowl the handle terminal to the sifter is engraved with the letter 'H' in a scrolled font, in original condition more or less, the sifter being without dings, damages or repairs it makes for a lovely addition to any collection of period English silverwares, marked to the reverse for London assay office circa 1804 with the makers mark for William Ely & William Fern, also present is the duty mark for King George III.
The Sifter measures 11.3 cm in length with a bowl diameter of 3.2 cm and depth of 7 mm.
