Antique Late Victorian period Lovely Quality, Small Sized Creamer (likely a bachelors piece) in Sterling Silver Repousse featuring a mounted Stylised Serpent for a handle and finished to the body with a fluted floral pattern lower gallery enclosing a roundel button cartouche to the body on one side flanked with a scrolled frame and finished above with a perpetual serpentine pattern collar and crimped lip with snub nose pouring spout, the creamer is without dings, damage or repairs and is impressed with markings indicating London assay office circa 1890 with the makers mark for Wakely & Wheeler (James Wakely & Frank Clarke Wheeler) of Hatton Garden, London.

The Creamer stands 6.3 cm or 2.48 inches tall at the serpent handle and has a maximum diameter to the body of 6.3 cm or 2.48 inches.
Makes for a Handsome example of the late 19th century, still perfectly useable as well as a wonderful addition to any growing collection of English Silverwares.
