Antique Edwardian period Top Quality, Very Ornate Sterling Silver Sifter Spoon in Superb Condition, the item having no dings, damages, repairs or splits, it being in original condition more or less.
The Sifter features a pierced, floral detailed bowl, tapered stem and heavily pierced Floral style Fleur-D-Leys handle terminal, measuring 11.4 cm in length and with a bowl diameter and depth of 4 cm and 8 mm respectively the sifter spoon is impressed to the reverse of the handle stem with markings indicating Sheffield assay office circa 1903 with the makers mark for Charles William Fletcher of Bramhall Lane, Sheffield, Also present is the RD mark for the design and year of manufacture.
