Vintage latter 20th Century English manufactured solid silver pill box of a roundel drum shape heavily embossed to the lid with a gorgeous floral pictorial featuring a central set four leaf clover within a halo gallery of English roses, boasting a flush fit hinge and finger catch to the rim of the lid so as to serve for when opening the box the side wall to the pill box is finished with a perpetual gallery of flowers to complete, the lid opens and closes smoothly and is as clean as a whistle throughout, marked clearly to the inside of the floor to the box for 925 sterling silver.
