Wonderful quality to this antique 9ct yellow gold puffy heart charm or pendant dating from the late Victorian period circa 1890. The gold has been tested as there are no marks. To the rear is a small air hole, this is a product of the manufacture as the heart is hollow. Fantastic detailing front and back please see the pictures. A wonderful addition to any charm bracelet.
