An atmospheric oil on board painting of two 18th century ships, one a revenue Cutter chasing a smuggling Lugger. Very well executed by English artist Jack Sullivan, dating to the 1970's. In its original frame with dedication on the reverse, presented in very good vintage condition with minor age related wear. Please refer to photos.
