A striking Victorian brooch from circa 1890, crafted in 9k gold and marked to the rear with a maker's flower mark. This charming piece features two amethyst hearts positioned beneath an elegant bow, adorned with delicate seed pearls throughout. The mechanism remains functional with a good clasp and secure pin. Please note: one amethyst heart displays a small side chip (visible in photographs), though all seed pearls remain intact. A beautiful example of antique Victorian jewellery craftsmanship.
