When closed shut this wonderful writing box measures 50 cm x 27 cm x 18.5 cm in dimension or 19.7 inches by 10.7 inches by 7.25 inches.
In original condition more or less, a rare example of the period, ready to be used.
Although unmarked a Box of this calibre and with the Warranted inkwells would no doubt have originated in London during the period sold by a top retailer contemporary to Parkins & Gotto and the likes.
