Antique Latter Victorian Period Top Quality, large Amethyst and White / Diamond Paste set Brooch in Platinum, an impressive and very eye catching piece, this fantastic example being intact with gold pin and clasp to the reverse and with all rose cut paste stones enclosing the central set amethyst which is finished with a polished and faceted cut.
The Brooch measures 3.4 cm x 2.8 cm x 1 cm in dimension and is in well preserved condition, a statement piece that will make for a lovely addition to any jewellery casket and one that could be worn in a variety of ways including as a traditional lace pin about the throat.
