Antique Late Victorian period Lovely Quality Sterling Silver Caviar Spoon of an ornate design, being very much in the Pre-Raphaelite Theme it features a Mermaid's Scallop Shell as the spoon bowl and is finished with an ivy leaf Fleur -Dy-Lys hand terminal, measuring 7.1 cm in length the spoon is impressed to the reverse of the handle with markings indicating Birmingham assay office circa 1896 with the makers mark for William Devenport of Spencer Street, Birmingham.
