Antique Early Victorian period Second edition Book titled "Rustic Adornments" (For Homes of Taste, and Recreations for Town Folk, in the Study and Imitation of Nature)
in good condition for age, this is the Second edition and Illustrated with six fine colour plates as well as a coloured title page and many engravings throughout the texts, all printed and engraved by Benjamin Fawcett of Driffield.
There are a total of 508 pages, all intact and without rips or tears, a couple have creases in the paper, some light sepia is present to the pages along with spot foxing, nothing serious (please see photographs).
Bound in cloth on board with gilt-decorations including spine the Leading corners and edges are bumped and worn, Spine is solid with no loss of binding this second edition was considerably enlarged over the first The epitome of Victorian suburban extravagance.
