Hand Painted Dutch Delft Polychrome Turkey Figure Antique c1840. A beautiful early to mid 19th century Delft Polychrome turkey figure having a charming hand painted finish throughout with an unusual purple, red and yellow colourway finish. A charming collectable and decorative piece having the Delft marking stamped to its base. The turkey has some very minor glazing issues and nibbles but these are minimal and do nothing to detract from the piece when on display.
