Antique Late Victorian period Rare example of a Surviving miniature Mug manufactured by Coalport featuring a blue and white hand painted pictorial to the body of Dove Birds in flight to a Mustard yellow setting finished with a double roundel closing gallery to the top and bottom of the the mug, the mug features a pierced arch handle finished in gilt, matching the lip to the rim of hte mug.

Standing 3.5 cm tall and with a base diameter of 3 cm the mug is marked to the underside with the makers mark for 'Coalport - A.D 1750;, the mark indicates manufacture to be around circa 1880.
