Antique Great War Era Sterling Silver Dish (Likely a caviar Dish, Soap cake Dish or even a free standing Tea Leaf scoop) in the classic Mermaids Shell pattern in three dimensional relief, very good condition throughout, the dish being without dings, damages or repairs and sporting a pleasing aged patination from age it measures 10.5 cm x 8.8 cm x 1.8 cm in dimension and is finished to the underside with triple set ball feet and impressed to the collar with good clear markings indicating Sheffield assay office circa 1918 with the makers mark for James Deakin & Sons Of Matilda Street, Sheffield.
