Antique Late Victorian Period Top Quality Sterling Silver Six Slice Toast Rack in the Bowed Arch pattern in Superb Good Condition Throughout, the Rack is finished to the top with a pierced Balloon shaped carry handle and to the underside with quad set roundel feet, impressed with good clear markings to teh frame indicating London assay office circa 1889 with the makers mark for Jane Brownett (Widow of Abraham Brownett, noted maker whom died in circa 1867) also present is the Duty Mark for Queen Victoria it makes for a Handsome Period Toast Rack ready to be used as well as a fine antique collectible piece of English Silver Table wares.
The Toast Rack weighs 187.2 Grams or 6.01 ounces Troy and measures 13.3 cm x 9.3 cm x 11.5 cm or 5.2 inches x 3.6 inches x 4.5 inches in dimension.
