Vintage Sterling Silver Sculpture of a Mare in Pose, this being 'The First British Horse Society Silver Sculpture' designed by Lorne Mc Kean and manufactured by the excellent John Pinches of Albert Embankment, London.
In Excellent condition the sculpture is beautifully detailed and stands 12 cm tall with a width and breadth of 7 cm and 4 cm respectively.
The underside to the base of the sculpture is impressed with good clear markings indicating London assay office circa 1975 with the makers mark for John Pinches.
A Fine Vintage collectible piece with aged patination adding to the character.
Comes with original paper document and certificate of authenticity.
