Antique Latter 19th Century lovely Quality Italian Grand Tour Bronze featured as a Roman Lady washing, Nude, she stands in pose with one knee raised sponging her ankle, in her other hand she holds a clutch of flowers for scenting, with hair worn up and finished with long ringlets her water source is that of a traditional Fluted Amphora Vase upon a stepped dais topped pedestal to her side.
In Very good condition throughout, there being no damages or repairs and with the Bronze boasting a wonderful aged patina this lovely example makes for a fabulous collectible Antique bronze standing 23 cm tall or 9 inches with a base width and breadth of 8 cm or 3.1 inches.
The Bronze is an unsigned piece and dates to around circa 1870.
