Antique King George V period Last Days Year Of The Great War era lovely Quality Sterling Silver Chamberstick featured as a Shamrock or Clover Leaf finished with a Love Heart Cartouche Mounted carry handle, the centre to the Shamrock Leaf wax bowl features the candle sconce which is detailed with a foliate trim stands proud in the centre and has a socket diameter (to accommodate candle) of 1.7 cm, the overall dimension of the Chamberstick in its entirety is 10 cm x 9.3 cm x 4 cm.
Good Condition throughout, only mild age related wear and will clean to a shine if desired, marked to the floor for Birmingham assay office circa 1918 with the makers mark for Stokes & Ireland of great Hampton Street, Birmingham.
A Lovely Antique Chamberstick, very decorative and still perfectly useable.
