Originally an Albert single watch chain but often today converted and worn as a chunky necklace, this is a great antique chain in 9ct yellow gold dating from the late Victorian period. Attached a short distance along the chain is a T bar pendant, there is a slight bend to one arm and a small indent. To the one end is a secure dog clip clasp with a good spring. The links have a double appearance, please see the pictures, there are some minor dings. Otherwise the chain for its age and having been used is in good order. The gold is marked to the dog clip clasp side and the last link of the chain, this mark simply reads '9c' for 9ct gold. A wonderful antique chain.
