Antique Late 19th Century Classic Bohemian Garnet Floral Cluster Brooch with provisional Hinged bale to the reverse so as to serve for when wearing as a pendant.
In Very good condition and with all garnets intact the brooch is manufactured in layers totalling four, each layer pave set with a wealth of garnets.
The reverse to the brooch features the hinged pin and clasp in working order, may well likely be a period addition or replacement with the clasp fitting being jeweller mounted in silver.
The Brooch measures 4.4 cm in diameter with a depth of roughly 1.2 cm, a beautiful piece of period jewellery, ready to be worn.
