Rare advertising vintage brass and painted badge, brooch or pin advertising Phillips Cycles dating from the Art Deco period during the 1920's. There are no metal marks and the paint is a little untidy please see the pictures. Good secure clasp and pin. Wonderful detailing to the lion please see the pictures.
