A fantastic 15ct yellow gold, tested as it is not marked, with a seed pearl border to this mourning brooch or pin dating from the Georgian period. Seed pearls have the meaning of tears for lost loved ones, sadly a common occurrence during this period. This is a lovely brooch that would make a perfect gift or addition to any collection. This brooch is in used condition, see pictures.
