Fobs & Seals
We stock a collection of antique fobs and seals ranging from the more classic and much loved collectable fob charm, or the antique wax seal press from the Victorian and Edwardian Era. Not resigned to just being a symbol worn to indicate status and wealth these decorative fobs with their seal set in had the practical purpose of stamping sealed wax on documents, and as a method to seal and stamp letters with, typically, the traditional family crest on monogram. As time passed this evolved and we now also find yourself stocking popular Art Deco fobs. These delightful antique fobs were commissioned to carry shields and football crests, and were most often produced as sterling silver watch fobs.
