A lovely pair of miniature watercolour portraits of Anthony Bateson and his wife by Frederick Buck. These George III Portraits are framed in lacquered papier mache frames with gilt metal mount and grape design bale. In excellent used condition with some tarnishing to the metal and minor wear to the lacquered frame see pictures. Tiny piece to the back of one of the frames missing and one small repair to the bottom left to Mr Bateson's frame, see pictures. Mr Bateson is named to the back, see pictures. These items are registered.
