Antique Late 19th Century Lovely Quality Attendance Medal / Watch Fob in Sterling Silver, featured as a traditional roundel shield fob with Oak Laurel closing gallery accented with a Knotted Bow the medal is engraved with the legend indicating 5 years Attendance in the Month of December circa 1898, the reverse to the medal is vacant of inscription and is impressed to the bottom edge with good clear markings indicating Birmingham assay office circa 1897 with the makers mark for Vaughton & Sons of Livery Street, Birmingham.
The Medal measures 3.4 cm in diameter (excluding reeded lug fitting) and is in undamaged condition, just needs a gentle clean and polish to shine again.
