Antique Early 20th Century Post Edwardian Period Sterling Silver Trinket Box of an oval shape finished with skewed corners and quad set sabre legs supports, the hinged lid to the box being detailed with a pin stripe banded pattern and central set roundel cartouche vacant of engraving.
Condition is very good for age, there being no dings or damages to the silver construction and the interior lining being retained and in good order comprising of padded blue velvet floor with only little wear.
The Box stands 5 cm tall and has a width and breadth of 10.3 cm and 6.7 cm respectively, the box has aged patination to the silver but could be cleaned to a high shine if desired, the front wall to the box is marked for Birmingham assay office circa 1911 with the makers mark for William James Myatt of Frederick Street, Birmingham.
