What is a Marrow scoop?
Nothing to do with large courgettes, or marrows, but like so many things in the 21st century, now rediscovered by Michelin restaurants.
Bone marrow a sticky fatty, highly tasty especially in beef bones morsel from the centre of a bone, and of course as with all things, one needs a tool to eat it properly.
Hence the marrow scoop. Highly collectable and can easily go back to the 1770's.George II reign, look great displayed in collections as do most things.
