Think Big, Keep Small

One of my favourite sayings is: "Think big, keep small."

It sounds odd at first. If success means getting bigger, why keep small?

At Top Banana, we think big in our ambitions, standards and ideas. We want visitors to enjoy discovering treasures across five floors and leave with a smile. But we also believe in keeping small where it matters most: knowing our customers, staying flexible and never losing the personal touch.

Too many people chase size for the sake of size. Bigger turnover, bigger premises, bigger targets. Yet some of the best businesses remain small in spirit. They adapt quickly, listen carefully and remember that people matter more than statistics.

The same principle applies to life. Dream big, aim high and be ambitious. But keep your ego small, your costs under control and your feet firmly on the ground.

As the saying goes, a mighty oak begins as a tiny acorn.

At Top Banana, we like to think big without becoming too big for our boots. In business and in life, that balance often proves more valuable than size alone.

Think big. Keep small. Grow wisely.
