Czechoslovakian glass made from the mid 19th Century till approx 1940 by adding gold to coloured glass, normally made in costume jewellery.
When item is moved in the light has an adularescence like a moonstone and colour changes from brick red to bright blue, really fantastic. Fairly hard to find and rare we have few examples on website.
It was ceased being made due to the costs of the gold, very popular in Japan.
