Making a website work takes hard work.
As a website lister one needs to extra on the ball, with descriptions etc, as ultimately you are the eyes of the buyer, whilst we garentee everyhting and do no quibble returns. It still is better to over describe any sign of wear or damage than understate.
Which we try very hard to do. We also try to show pictures of any damage or wear,so its just like been infront of the item youre self.
Obviously this is only half the story as once sold items have to be packed carefully and shipped quickly safely as possible and sent tracked too.
So many online sellers fail this last major hurdel as often the busier one is the more demands are made and expected,its 4.50pm we have just sold a website item on www.topbananaantiques.com as we speak its beign packed and booked in for collection for wednesday, the soonest we can possibly get sent.
