We currently have a hand-coloured copy of John Evelyn's Sylvia, 1776 Hunter edition. This is extremely rare with coloured plates and is a beautiful artifact from 250 years ago.
Right now, in Top Banana Antiques, we have a pair framed prints from the Duke of Newcastle's manual on horsemanship, 1733.
Now in his late forties he has taken the plunge to have his own shop, we say plunge at less than £1000 a month with 24/7 sales on www.topbananaantiques.com and open 7 days a week, far more cost effective than nearly every other selling avenue.
We will have Daniels books online very soon, our previous book dealer did extremely well, and was with us over 20 years leaving only due to bad health.
Good books are a must in ones life, we all have them and fine antique books are rare treasures to be searched for and cherished.
Adhern books will now be trading from our best room in Top Banana Antiques in Tetbury, number 1 New Church Street (GL8 8DS). So now more going up to the top floor as with previous dealer, I am sure Daniel will surpass, Peter our previous dealers success, and be with us for much longer then 20 years.
