Is the skill of being an antiques dealer selling at the right price or wrong price
Antiques have a perceived price and worth, and really extremely simple say an item worth £100 offer for sale at less it will sell more quickly, offer it at over it may sell to an avid collector but actually if too much probably wont sell at all.
Buyers are very tuned in to prices and fashions now, with all the misinformation particularly online.
Selling the right item at a cheaper price definitely works and we still have a very good trade market meaning that dealers can come and buy and make a profit.
