Belgium has more solar panels than whole of Africa Cop29
Is this not as crazy statement. Now Africa is well known for being much warmer than Belgium.
Sunshine is free, panels are not, governments need to fund, maybe with half shares in the electricity production, the costs of the panels.
Actually money would be saved in costs and clean up costs and certainly the global warming will be eased, more and more electricity is needed and panels and wind turbines will help.
The sun/heat itself creates wind and really the circle of life will work but governments will have to help fun, they are very keen to earn money out of taxing oil, a profit share on panels would negate this hypocrisy.
