Founded in April 2019, we are an independent vintage and pre-owned retailer, based in Bristol
We offer a unique, carefully curated selection of timepieces that we are passionate about. By offering such timepieces we aim to ignite a similar passion in collectors and our prospective customers.
Our selection is unique and is informed by our own philosophy. We seek to offer a varied range, with watches suitable for any budget or taste, from any brand or era. Collectors may enjoy a specific brand or niche, but it would be wrong for a vintage timepiece dealer to limit themselves in their offering or ignore watches from less well-known brands, in lower price brackets.
As we continue to grow, we have developed partnerships with UK watch brands such as Fears Watches, who align with our ethos and values. We proudly offer the Fears Heritage Collection as an Authenticated Fears Heritage Dealer.
We have branched out and now feature a selection of timepieces at Top Banana Antiques in Tetbury.
At the age of 16 I started collecting watches as soon as I gained my own income. My collection slowly grew and by the time I began studying a degree in Business Management, I began to realise I could fund my collection by buying and selling watches. It turned out this was something I quite enjoyed; little did I imagine at the time it would become my own business.
I decided to spend my degree placement year founding my own Business, Bold Timepieces. With a background in project management in property and the theory from a Business degree, this gave me the confidence to develop the business.
I threw myself into as many settings as I could, making contacts with jewellers, Auctioneers, vintage markets, antique dealers, watch socials, watch makers and watch collectors. Along the way I developed strong friendships and significant experience, all with the goal of refining Bold Timepieces.
We love getting out to meet other retailers, traders and collectors, operating at trade fairs and antique shows across the South West.
