We lost 6 of our good dealers , one particularly sad as been with us 18 years , however even during lock down 4 of the rooms have been re rented , one dealer expanding her space and boy does it look good
One messy unloved section taken over with smart clean well presented jewellery and pictures , previous dealer had been ill for previous year with hip opp and other problems , now repainted and energised .
Lomond Antiques have expanded their selling area presenting a well dressed room with now 3 cabinets .
A house clearance guy as taken over one of the big rooms offering serious bargains costume jewellery from 2 gbp through to smalls & pictures mostly priced between 5 to 30 gbp ,there are countless profits and good buys to be had here for dealer and customers alike .
Dan has bounced back after his flood in basement newly painted room new stock , although water board still wriggling on who's to blame for leak
This has allowed the shop to progress , I am sure you've noticed new website , new carpets , new decorations, we are ready for the next 20 years trading , yes top banana is nearly 20 years old
Unfortunately we seem to have had a lot of our older dealers besieged by health issues , and feeling they need to call it a day we have 3 dealers in shop now under 30 and several under 40 . We will keep investing in staff , dealers and our business
