£400 a month cheap shop rent?
A while ago, one of our dealers opened their own shop, in a small country town. Shop rent per month a bargain £400.

Back to our small shop, £400 rent after a free period rates, rates to pay, heat lights and insurance, liability insurance, possibly full repairing insuring lease, and a 5 year lease giving you little tenure. then you need to man it, just do 5 days a week and pay an unmotivated book reader £500 a week. By my reckoning if open 5 days a week not 7 like Top Banana Antiques, that's a monthly cost in excess of £3000 not quiet so cheap.
No wonder very same shop less than a year on is now advertising other services and only open by appointment.
