Wooden Treen Mauchline Ware Pin Wheel, Antique Victorian c.1900. This is a Mauchlineware pin wheel depicting Folkston from the Pierhead. Mauchlineware was made in the Scottish town of Mauchline for around a 100 years until the factory burnt down in 1933. There were souveniers in all shapes and sizes, but the most famous were the little boxes with the invisible hinge. In good antique condition, with slight wear to the cushion, see photos. A delight for any collection.
