This Beautiful hand drawn and hand painted watercolour depicting an innocent young girl with pigtails. This watercolour was hand painted by Katherine Librowicz in 1965 and is signed by the artist before then being framed by James Bourlet & Sons Ltd. The watercolour is in great condition still with dull and vibrant colours and contours. the frame is in well kept condition, does have some slight wear around the edges on the front aswell as to the reverse side ( see photos )
