Tall Hand Carved Art Deco Figure of Female Dancer Vintage c1930

Cosas Del Pasado

This fascinating yet expertly carved figure of a dancing lady dates to the Art Deco period of c1930 and has been created in the softer modernist style of the time. Carved from what looks to be Continental (probably French) Oak the lady would have held a ball or vase originally in her raised hands. She is missing her nose and there is damage to her fingers but otherwise is in nice untouched condition.

Dimensions: 73 x 11 x 9 cm or 28.7 x 4.3 x 3.5 inches.
