Dating from a time of war when one's sweetheart was often sent off to fight, this is a charming vintage enamel on sterling silver Military Royal Signals brooch or pin dating from the 1940's. The silver has been tested as there are no marks. The blue enamel is in good order but the red enamel of the crown is a little worn, please see the pictures. Good secure clasp and pin. A fantastic vintage military brooch.
