Vintage early 20th Century Lovely Quality Sterling Silver Fob Medal with provenance for the 'Taunton Swimming Club', featuring a three dimensional relief crest pictorial to the front of that of a Cherub Head above a Royal Crown (For King George V) with the Latin moto 'Defendamus' the reverse to the medal is legend engraved for "Boys Diving Under 16 1935 2nd".
The Fob is in good condition for old age, being over 90 years old, has a pleasing patination but would shine with a gentle clean and polish.
The Fob excluding lug and jump ring measures 2.5 cm in diameter, it is an unmarked piece but tested for Sterling Silver.
