William Hair Haseler antique Victorian hallmarked Sterling Silver sovereign vesta & match stick vessel. Slight scratch across the centre of the piece but nothing major. Original loop in place, although as you can see in the photos it has taken a knock at some point so now sits slightly off centre. The loop is also where you will find the release button that opens the compartment intended for sovereign coin. Solid piece, exceptionally well made. Handsome striped engraving throughout the body creating a very smart finish. One dent can be seen in the photographs, nothing that takes away from this pretty and well presented piece.
