Antique Sterling Silver Fob Medal awarded for a Singing Competition in the year circa 1932, this being a Second Prize award.
Featured as a Crowned roundel shield with Fleur-Dy-Lys at the bottom apex the face to the medal is centred with a raised dais pyramid finished in blue, red and white enamel and bears the legend 'Love Honour Truth', the reverse to the medal is engraved with details indicating the prize to have been awarded to a one 'R. Taylor'.
In very good condition for age, there being no damages or repairs the medal retains aged patina to the silver but this could be cleaned to a high shine if desired, markings are present to the reverse of the medal indicating Birmingham assay office circa 1925 with the makers mark for James Fenton of Great Hampton Street, Birmingham.
The Medal measures 4 cm x 2.5 cm.
